The ACR and ARTEX brands - such as Drew Marine Pains Wessex, Comet, Aurora and brands Alexander / Ryan - are known worldwide.
Headquartered in Whippany, NJ, Drew Marine and ACR operations are headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where they remain.
The fusion is carried out simultaneously with the sale of two of Drew Marine and ACR to The Jordan Company. The Jordan Company, founded in 1982, is a leading middle market private equity firm with approximately $6 billion in assets under management and a successful track record of investment and business growth through a wide range of industries, based in New York and offices in Chicago and Shanghai.
